Kimi Antonelli claimed his third consecutive win of the season in a frenetic, incident-packed Miami Grand Prix. Chaos struck early as four cars retired within the first seven laps — Hulkenberg, Lawson, and, within seconds of each other, Gasly and Hadjar. Lando Norris took the fight to Antonelli throughout, setting the fastest lap of the race, but could not find a way past, finishing 3.264 seconds behind with Oscar Piastri completing an all-Mercedes-McLaren podium lockout in third. George Russell took fourth, ahead of Max Verstappen — who added a 5-second penalty for crossing the pit-exit white line — and Lewis Hamilton. The race turned dramatic again for Ferrari: Charles Leclerc, running sixth on the road, was hit with a 20-second penalty (a drive-through converted post-race) for repeatedly leaving the track without justification, dropping him to eighth and promoting Franco Colapinto to seventh for Alpine.
